FAQ: Your Stretch Experience with Onsite Stretch & Wellness
We use Fascial Stretch Therapy™ (FST), a pain-free assisted stretching system.
FST™ helps improve performance, prevent injuries, increase energy, and enhance mental clarity.
It also reduces stress, improves range of motion and balance, and alleviates pain.
